Our scale of charges will be detailed at the outset and there will be no nasty hidden extras. We don’t pay for referrals as many firms do and so our fee is not inflated by payments to third parties to obtain the work.
As well as the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold premises, we deal with remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy transactions and conveyancing connected with deceased estates. We have considerable experience of plot sales on behalf of developers.
