We want to reassure you that whilst we cannot have clients in the office at this time, we are working hard to ensure the needs of all our Wills and Probate clients are being dealt with. Rebecca and Claire are working from home as much as possible to minimise their exposure to the virus. As key workers, they are still going out to visit elderly and vulnerable clients at their home addresses, in care homes and the hospital as necessary. Please note that we are trying to work out what is best on an individual client basis and therefore at this time, we are changing the way we work to allow us to deal with the signing of Wills. This may involve a very short door-step visit (keeping to social distancing rules) or witnessing signatures through windows. We will try our best to accommodate our clients’ needs whilst also following the current health guidelines. Please bear with us at this time. If you have any questions, we would advise, where possible, to email Rebecca or Claire as follows: Rebecca.firstname.lastname@example.org or Claire.email@example.com
For any other types of work being dealt with by Rebecca or Claire (probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection matters), the files are being worked on and we will be in touch with you as we work on progressing your matter. We would just ask that you please bear in mind the postal service etc may be slow during this period and this will have a knock-on effect for us.
Stay safe everyone.
