Overview
Chloe May is our dynamic and accomplished Associate Solicitor leading the dispute resolution team. After obtaining her 2:1 LLB (Hons) Law degree from the University of Northampton via their innovative 2-year fast-track course, Chloe completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. This accelerated path to qualification is a testament to her drive and ability to thrive under pressure – qualities that serve her clients well in the often high-stakes world of dispute resolution.
Chloe’s expertise spans many areas, including housing matters, building disputes, TOLATA claims, commercial and residential property disputes, and land registration issues. She’s equally adept at handling commercial contractual disputes and debt claims, making her a versatile asset to our team and clients.
What sets Chloe apart is her ability to easily navigate complex legal landscapes, whether advocating in court or representing client’s in multi-track claims. Her extensive experience in the First Tier Property Tribunal has honed her skills in presenting compelling arguments and achieving favourable outcomes for her clients.
