Lee Humphries is a solicitor in our residential property department, bringing over two decades of experience to her role.

Lee’s academic journey began at the University of Northampton, where she graduated in 1994. She then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University Leicester while working full-time in a Residential Property Department.

Lee’s expertise covers a wide range of property transactions, including selling and purchasing houses, flats and land, new build homes, shared ownership properties, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages. This comprehensive knowledge allows her to handle even the most complex property matters confidently and precisely.
