Kira’s journey at Max Engel & Co. is a testament to her dedication, rapid professional growth, and the firm’s commitment to nurturing talent. Kira graduated from Bournemouth University in 2021 with a 2:1 LLB (Hons) Law degree and joined us in February 2022 as a commercial paralegal. Kira was the first at Max Engel to sit the Solicitor Qualifying Exams which she passed and then qualified as a solicitor in May 2024. To continue her professional development, Kira completed her LLM Master’s Degree in Legal Practice in 2025.

Kira has developed a particular expertise in Commercial Property and Corporate Law in her role. She’s adept at handling various tasks, from drafting and reviewing lease agreements and purchase contracts to dealing with the sale and purchase of limited company’s and unincorporated businesses as well as dealing with shareholder agreements, cross option agreements, partnership agreements and more. Clients appreciate her ability to explain these complex matters in clear, understandable terms, making the often-daunting world of Property and Corporate Law more accessible and less intimidating.

Kira’s colleagues value her dependability, ambition, and patient approach to her work. She has a talent for building rapport with clients and other professionals, a skill that serves her well in her day-to-day interactions and at the numerous networking events she attends. Kira’s organised and ambitious nature extends to her personal life, and she is known for her kind demeanour, which make her approachable to clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of her legal work, Kira enjoys spending time with her friends and family, staying active through regular swimming, and exploring new destinations. Kira is very passionate about travel and experiencing different cultures and is currently aiming to tick off as many countries as possible!
