Generous holiday entitlement that increases with long service—up to 34 days including bank holidays after six years with the firm.

Starting with 20 days plus statutory bank holidays, and after six months service two additional days at Christmas.

After two years’ service, receive four weeks’ full pay followed by four weeks’ half pay during periods of certified sickness.

We understand that difficult times can arise unexpectedly.

Reasonable paid leave is available at the discretion of the Partners

We reward hard work and commitment through merit and Christmas bonuses, awarded at the discretion of the Partners.

For non-fee-earning staff, overtime may be offered as agreed with prior Partner approval.

The firm contributes up to 3% towards your pension, matched by employee contributions of 5%.

A shorter standard 35-hour working week Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with an hour for lunch.

Flexibility on hours and remote working is available for fee-earning staff based on seniority, individual needs, and the requirements of the business, subject to Partner approval.

We promote a healthy workplace with access to mental health support and eye test reimbursements among others.

Reimbursement for business mileage at prevailing Legal Aid rates.

Travel to and from work is excluded.

We invest in your continuous growth with support for training courses, seminars, and compliance education (subject to approval).

Financial and study leave support for professional qualifications such as SQE, CILEX, apprenticeships, and other recognised qualifications—based on business needs and Partner approval.

We cover Law Society and SRA Practising Certificate fees, as well as membership in other approved professional bodies (with prior approval) including the local Law Society.

Qualified fee earners may host or attend client and networking events to build professional connections with Partner authorisation.

Enjoy free legal services and discounts for close family members after one year of service. (Disbursements excluded) at the discretion of the Partners. Until further notice the Partners intend to exercise their discretion as follows:-

Free legal services for all staff once you have been with us 6 months and remain with us until completion of the matter;

50% off for your immediate relatives, your spouse (unless in conjunction with you e.g. conveyancing or Wills) children, parents, and siblings;

20% off for other family members, grandparents, cousins, in-laws etc.;

10% off for close friends on a discretionary basis, to be cleared on each occasion by a Partner.

Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and juice are available for all staff.

Join our Christmas Party and other social celebrations throughout the year paid for by the firm.

Free parking is available on-site or in the local vicinity (subject to availability).
