Niamh is a key part of Max Engel’s modern growth, having completed her Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship with Merit in January 2026. In February 2026, she further advanced her development by beginning a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Business Management with The Open University, which she is undertaking alongside her role at the firm.

Since joining Max Engel in August 2021 as a Clerical Assistant, Niamh has progressed rapidly, becoming an integral member of the team. Her journey reflects strong adaptability, ambition, and a commitment to continuous learning. She completed a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration in December 2022, building a solid foundation in office operations.
