We have acted for many farmers in selling all or part of their land and ensure we advise you carefully on rights and reservations required when only part of the farmland is sold to ensure you can still access and manage the rest of your farmland.

We act for several commercial property developers and investors on residential and commercial sites, and for land promoters. Whether it’s acquisition or disposal, land promotion, joint ventures, planning, construction, plot sales or development finance, we’ll work with you as part of your extended team, keeping your commercial aims in mind, and helping you achieve them. In addition, we provide a full land law service and can advise on title issues, such as adverse possession or boundary disputes and covenants affecting ownership.
